As a human performance consultant and licensed iheart practitioner, based in Kent, UK, I help young people 1-2-1 or as a group in an education environment to feel well so that they do well.
I am delighted to team up with Iheart and deliver this amazing curriculum to ensure that schools, colleges, sports clubs, or community groups meet their RSHE learning requirements and responsibilities.
What is the iheart Curriculum?
A preventative mental health education programme for young people aged 10-18 delivered over the course of 11 group sessions. Built on a scaffolded approach to learning, each session has its own clear learning objective and a mix of interactive discussions, activities, self-reflections, summary slides, animations, videos and group exercises.
