Are you living in fear of the second wave of Coronavirus in our area? Or are you ‘waiting’ for things to get back to normal, putting your life on hold until it does?

If any of these resonate with you, or they sound like reasonable states of mind given the circumstances, kind of inevitable, I invite you to think again?
What if you could learn something that would give you psychological freedom, i.e. to feel peace of mind, clarity and calm, way more of the time, even when there is uncertainty and change, all around, would you be interested in that conversation?
Specialists rarely talk about the human operating system, i.e. what human beings have got going for them; their innate resilience, creativity and health. We fail to grasp how we work; how it is we come to feel the way we do, and how some feelings eat away at us, destroying it seems our wellbeing and others do not! Our conditioning drives us to try to think our way to freedom, but this only makes matters worse. Sadly, without any guidance, we become consumed with trying to fix the way we feel with techniques and if that doesn’t work, pills!
It doesn’t have to be that way, there is a new approach that is the ultimate game-changer, and if you’re up for it, and committed I am happy to work with you. We’ll be together, for six 1 hour sessions, twice weekly for three weeks. Please try to commit to attending all six meetings.
