Specialists rarely talk about the human operating system, i.e. what human beings have got going for them; their innate resilience, creativity and health. We fail to grasp how we work; how it is we come to feel the way we do, and how some feelings eat away at us, destroying it seems our wellbeing and others do not! Our conditioning drives us to try to think our way to freedom, but this only makes matters worse. Sadly, without any guidance, we become consumed with trying to fix the way we feel with techniques and if that doesn’t work, pills!
